Screentex started trading in 1993 , screen printing T.shirts for local companies, schools & clubs.

A regular client base was soon established as Screentex became known as a reliable & flexible company providing a fast but quality service in the Staplehurst, Tonbridge & Maidstone area of Kent .The following year the addition of a heat press &  cad cut plotter using heat applied film enabled us to personalise one off shirts as well as apply sports numbers to football kits & logos to Hi Visibility Waistcoats & other Safety Clothing.

During the first couple of years of trading we started to have more enquiries for embroidery on workwear & corporate clothing, as well as our already established work for screen printed T. shirts & sweatshirts. At first this service was sub contracted out to other embroidery suppliers, when this side of the business started to grow we decided to purchase our own computerised embroidery machine, by bringing this process in house we could now offer the same fast service we were known for with our screen printing & heat applied film logos.

Now trading for over 30 years  we have many customers who have been with us from the start & most new orders come through word of mouth recommendations by these loyal & valued customers.Always looking to keep up with the latest trends in clothing & print technology most of our printing has now moved away from screenprinting  to DTF ( direct to film transfers), this process allows us to print short runs , printing designs with multiple colours using environmentally friendly water based inks & with less set up time we can offer a faster turn around on orders.
